Michael Seifrit

Mike is an environmental technician and certified building inspector that specializes in indoor air quality and hazardous materials. His dedication to hard work and attention to detail allows him to complete thorough and accurate hazardous materials surveys, ensuring that indoor air quality hazards are identified to protect human health. Mike is the first person to volunteer to climb the ladder or squeeze into a tight space to ensure that all areas of the structure are properly surveyed. He is a field specialist that concentrates on collection of asbestos bulk sampling, air samples for mold spores and asbestos, and lead paint chip samples. Mike oversees and manages asbestos abatement projects to make sure all asbestos containing materials are removed in a safe and thorough manner. He is certified in NIOSH 582 Equivalency for on-site Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) analysis which allows him to read asbestos air sampling results onsite with speed and accuracy. His ability to work collaboratively with abatement contractors, project managers, and clients ensures projects are completed with ease. Mike also has experience with soil and groundwater sampling, which makes him a jack of all trades at Element! Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and volunteering as a Trustee for the Adamstown Rod and Gun Club.
