Jim’s understanding of the regulations governing our projects is evident on complex projects with multiple layers of scientific data. As a former Environmental Chemist at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PaDEP), Jim was involved in developing the Act 2 Land Recycling Program since before it was promulgated in 1995. He was responsible for the development of the Statewide health standard medium-specific concentrations in the Chapter 250 regulations that implemented the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2). His technical expertise and knowledge of PaDEP’s regulatory guidance make him a key asset to our team, and to your project. In his free time, Jim cultivates a life of tradition and symbolism as an active member of the Masonic fraternity. As an avid pipe organist, he has proven that science and art work well together.
